Shipping General

All packages from HooksKorea Co. are shipped from South Korea.
Shipping cost is calculated from South Korea to the destination country.
Every order is packaged safely and shipped out within 5 working days upon confirmation of payment. 
If there is any delay, we will inform you within 5 working day. 
We are unable to ship to the following address: P.O. Box, APO, FPO, DPO.

* Business Days are Monday to Friday, excluding Korean National Holidays.

 

Free Shipping

We provide Free shipping to Worldwide when the total order value is from US$40 to $80 (Depending on the destination), Do Not worry! We are also offering a low Flat Shipping Cost as well.


We shall do our best to extend free shipping service to other countries soon.
Temporary free shipping events are often run for other countries, so please visit our homepage to see advertised free shipping events.

 

Order Value Limit

Due to regulatory customs issues, which can cause extensive delays, HooksKorea is NOT responsible for such issue. Customers must check custom tax and order limits from your country. If you are ordering a big volume, we can arrange you with a separate shipment.  

 

Custom Inspection

All International orders are subject to customs inspections as well as possible fees and/or taxes.

These charges are determined by the destination country to which the package is shipped to and the customer is responsible to pay for these charges.

A shipping fee, taxes, and other cost incurred are non-refundable.

You may wish to reject the parcel at your custom which will be returned to HooksKorea. We will contact you as soon as it arrives and we may or may not (depending on products condition) proceed a partial refund.

 

REFUNDS

Our Full Return Policy

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must NOT be used and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-returnable items: 
Items purchased during our Special Sales Event or any other sale are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. 

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your point.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded.

Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, please email help@hookskorea.com with photos of the damaged item. We will send a replacement for the damaged item you received at no extra cost.

Lost Packages
If your order appears to be lost, we advise you to contact us within the first 30 days of placing your order. We will look into sending a replacement for your order after your package has shipped. We may require your replacement package to be sent with signature verification to ensure the package reaches you safely.
Hooks Korea reserved the rights to reject any cancellation/refund request should the order been processed and transferred to our courier partner for delivery.

 

EXCHANGE POLICY

OOPS! Are any of your items incorrect, missing, or defective?
Please contact us within 7 working days upon delivery so we can facilitate for exchange (subject to availability). Hooks Korea reserves all rights to reject any exchange should the product be defective or in any condition which causes the product to be unsellable. Any cost incurred for exchange shall be borne by us should it proves to be our blunder.
